“It’s never too early to start planning and the planning is pretty important because our physical needs are changing quickly,” Plotkin said. “In terms of the silver tsunami, you can see assisted living facilities being built like mushrooms after a rainstorm. And that’s because frankly, none of us are getting younger, but we’re also living longer.
