We were pleased to see the Florida Constitution Revision Commission put an end to Proposal 88 today.

From day one, we believed Proposal 88 was designed to give personal injury attorneys additional tools to sue our nursing homes and assisted living facilities which provide extraordinary care for our vulnerable senior citizens. We are grateful that the CRC allowed American Senior Alliance and it's advocates to share our concerns about Proposal 88. With today's decision, American Senior Alliance is pleased to see Florida's precious resources will remain dedicated toward continuing the quality care for our older Americans.
